This towel is excellent for hot yoga. It provides perfect traction for your practise. I bought one in yellow and green, prefer the yellow one personally. This is the best towel I've used for bikram and flow your hands and feet won't slip at all. I highly recommend this great towel.

This towel is excellent for hot yoga. Provides perfect traction, no slipping. The colour is a lovely warm mustard yellow. I love it and highly recommend it for all types of hot yoga especially flow and bikram.
