Order information

These terms comply with European laws and maintain the integrity of Yogitri.
All payments must be made beforehand, and shipment will only take place after receiving payment.

Pickup / testing is possible with an appointment.
Appointsments can be made by phone or through email.
No shipping fees will apply when a product is being picked up.

Minimal order amount

Orders below €6,50 (ex. shipping fees) cannot be made.

Terms of delivery

All prices are included VAT and all European and Dutch taxes.
All prices are in Euro's.
The delivery term starts on the day of receiving your payment.
The maximum delivery term is 8 working days.
Orders made in the weekend (starting from friday 3pm) will be processed on monday.
In case the monday after the weekend is a holiday, the order will be processed on the next tuesday.
In any other cases the order will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping fees are always to be payed by the customer.

When a product is broken or malfunctioning on arrival, it can be, after consulting, returned to Yogitri.
It can be repaired, exchanged, or returning in whole.
Shipping fees emerging from returnings are always to be payed by the customer.
Returns without pre-going consultancy with Yogitri will not be accepted.
Returns not properly stamped will not be accepted.

Product warranty is according to the factory and producer's warranty.

In the event of an extended delivery term, the customer my always cancel his/her order, free of charge, by contacting Yogitri through email.
The customer will be informed through email by Yogitri if this event occurs.

General terms

Cancelling can only be done through email.
Yogitri is never held reliable and/or responsible for any collateral damage, any damage afterwards, or any damage coming from the delivered products.
Damage on the second hand, by any cause, is never on the blame of Yogitri.
Yogitri is never obligated to pay a compensation of any kind to the buyer, or any tthird party between or outside of the product chain., unless there is proven blame or mistakes from Yogitri.

Media rights

All media rights are strictly reserved to Yogitri.
All content of Yogitri.com and all designs are property of Yogitri and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
It is forbidden to use any from Yogitri.com  coming materials without Yogitri's formal approval through letter.

Although Yogitri bears great care concerning the content of this website, typing and/or spelling mistakes may be present.
No rights may be derived from the contents, and as a whole, from Yogitri.com.
Yogitri is not responsibe for any content misplacements. 

These terms apply to all abroad sales and all national sales where the Dutch terms don't specify.
