This yoga mat is the best value. We lend these to our clients for yoga classes so one mat is used approx. 10 times a day. The mats qualities seems to even improve in time.

I work with these mats in both studio & outdoor settings & they are great because of their non-slip texture & have substance (ie they are not soft and foamy). They also clean well & are very durable.

The mat is nice, it doesn't slip in the ground. It has a good grip, however if you're sweating it gets a little slippery but it's ok if you're wearing socks.
