This Yoga Cork Ellipse is the egg-shaped version of the popular Yoga Cork Brick. Similar to the traditional yoga brick, the Ellipse can be used in numerous yoga postures. With its rounded corners, the ellipse fits even better in the hand and has the same non-slip properties and stability as a square block.
This allows the block to be positioned under the hand in the stretched side angle (Utthita Parsvakonasana) if it does not reach the floor. Thanks to its round shape, it can also be used to support backbends or for more varied advanced yoga practice.
