The golden ratio
Since ancient times, the basic proportions of the golden section have always served as the epitome of beauty and aesthetics. Even now, this perfect relationship can be found in art, architecture, design and elsewhere. The golden ratio is clearly present everywhere in nature, and this is the reason why we apply the principle as a guideline in our designs. This stems from the unity in relationships where the relationship between the larger and the smaller parts is equal to that between the larger whole and the largest part.
