The TraTac Active Roll has an internal motor, inside the roll. The motor creates deep vibrations loosening the muscles and fascia.
The 4 different vibration levels each reach a different layer of tissue.

The unique design of the Tratac Roll sets a new standard for fascia rolls. Made of expanded polypropylene (EPP), a unique raw material which is exceptionally eco-friendly, flexible and versatile plastic foam, robust and light weight.
The Tratac rolls have a unique pattern, with a central ridge and alternating, offset ridges, allowing the roll to roll smoothly without bumping along as with conventional designs.
The design of the pattern reaches deeper layers of the muscles. The length of 45 cm leaves enough room to roll both legs at the same time.
