The Radhey mantra is a mantra for the heart, but in a more abstract way than the Ohm mani padme hum mantra. It is a piece that activates the heart. The heart chakra is the forth chakra and connects the lower three chakras to the upper three chakras.
The heart chakra is the centre of love and compassion. When the heart chakra is completely open and harmonizes with the other chakras, you are a channel for divine love. This mantra approaches nearby the true meaning of o mantra.
Mantras are sacred texts which are written down in Sanskrit (the eldest classical language from India). A mantra is a combination of holy syllables which form a core of spiritual energy. This energy is as a magnet for attracting and joining spiritual vibrations. The syllable "man" in mantra means in Sanskrit "thinking". "Tra" is from "trai" and means "protection against "or "liberation".
So mantra means as much as "thinking that liberates and protects". Hein Braat himself defines the concept of Mantra as a universal sound, a frequency that can open unexpected doors in the consciousness. Mantra's can be used to open the heart, to develop sensibility, to achieve higher levels of consciousness, to effectuate cure or to weaken the effects of bad karma. Mantra's can be recited aloud or quietly and purely spiritual, so it will be possible to experience the enlightened and blissful nature of our spirit.
